Privacy policy

1. General

1.1. This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to silignis.ai (the “Site”) is processed and protected in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.

1.2. The data controller is SILIGNIS LLC (OOO «SILIGNIS»), OGRN 1267700338311, INN 7751401217, registered office: 1B Sosnovaya St., premises 3/4, Sosenki, Kommunarka, Moscow 108802, Russia (the “Controller”).

2. Data we process

2.1. Data you provide in the contact form: name, contact details (phone, email or messenger handle), company name, subject and message.

2.2. Technical data: IP address, date and time of the request and browser information, recorded automatically in server logs.

2.3. The Site does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The browser stores only your chosen language and, for team members, a sign-in key for the workspace.

2.4. The Controller does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data of Site visitors.

3. Purposes

3.1. Responding to your enquiry and any further correspondence about it: partnerships, investment, pilots, press and other matters.

3.2. Operating and securing the Site and preventing abuse.

4. Legal basis

4.1. Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent, given separately by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. The consent text is available at silignis.ai/en/consent.

4.2. Technical data is processed to keep the Site secure, on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest.

5. How data is processed

5.1. Data is collected, recorded, organised, stored, updated, used, deleted and destroyed using automated means.

5.2. Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer takes place.

5.3. The Controller does not share personal data with third parties except where required by Russian law.

5.4. Enquiry data is kept no longer than necessary and no more than three years from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

6. Security

6.1. The Controller applies legal, organisational and technical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorised persons, protection against password guessing and backups.

7. Your rights

7.1. You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent.

7.2. To do so, email info@quartz.eco with the subject “Personal data”. The Controller will respond within 10 working days of receipt.

7.3. You may lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court.

8. Changes

8.1. The Controller may amend this Policy. A new version takes effect when published on the Site.
